Meal planning and cooking can feel overwhelming when ADHD and executive functioning challenges come into play. In this interactive workshop, Registered Dietitian Jackie Silver will share practical, ADHD-friendly strategies to make meal prep less stressful and more doable. You’ll learn simple tips for planning, shopping, and cooking that fit into real life, plus walk away with 3–5 take-home tools you can start using right away. Whether you’re a parent of a child with ADHD, an adult with ADHD, or a professional, you’ll leave with ideas to make mealtimes easier.
Jackie Silver is a New York City-based Registered Dietitian and founder of Jackie Silver Nutrition, a virtual private practice specializing in supporting neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults, including those who are autistic, have ADHD, or intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). Her team provides neurodiversity-affirming, nonjudgmental, and weight-inclusive care.
Jackie earned her Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University and has specialized training in mindful eating and sensory-based feeding therapy.
She and her team work with clients across New York City and the state of New York, as well as Ontario, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and beyond. They offer support with meal planning, selective eating, food aversions, ARFID, digestive health, chronic disease management, and more.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys rock climbing, yoga, pilates, swimming, traveling, visiting museums, and spending time with family and friends.
