Vote Bergen County CHADD as
Chapter of the Year 2025
Chapter Coordinators: Ellen Schwartz and Andrea Elrom
Our chapter offers a range of supportive programs, including monthly support groups for adults and parents, accessible virtually. These groups provide a safe space for sharing experiences, accessing resources, and building a sense of community—empowering individuals and families to navigate ADHD with greater confidence and resilience.
We host regular educational workshops and webinars featuring ADHD specialists, mental health professionals, and lived-experience speakers. Our programs focus on the latest research, best practices for daily living, and strategies for navigating school, work, and relationships with ADHD. We actively collaborate with local schools, clinicians, and organizations to expand access to reliable information and advocate for neurodiversity-affirming policies in our region.
